Online Return Policy

*** ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES***

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and have ALL original tags attached. Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of purchase by mail or in store. Returns received after 7 days but within 21 days of receipt of purchase will receive a store credit. When returning orders that include a “Gift With Purchase”, the gift must be returned to receive full credit to your original payment, otherwise a store credit will be issued.  All sales are final on sale merchandise, jewelry, swimwear,  and special orders. Since shipping is currently free, all return shipping costs fall on the purchaser.

Once we have received your return on orders placed online or over the phone, we will refund your credit card within 5-7 business days. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the processing to complete. This delay is by the banking institutes, not on our end.  

**In store purchase returns may be exchanged or given store credit only. Store credit is valid at any location and does not expire.**

Shipping

**** We will do our best to honor priority shipping however we are processing orders as first come first serve. ****

We aim to process all online and phone orders as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm EST will be shipped within 48 hours pending on availability of product and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.

For orders placed on a Holiday or Friday after 3pm EST, the order will be processed on the following business day.

If you need your order shipped the same day that the order was placed, please place order before 3pm EST and select the expedited service under shipping. 

We use USPS Priority mail for delivery. You will receive an email with the tracking information.

Tax

Orders shipped within South Carolina will be charged the appropriate tax depending on the county.
